Products & Product Information
We sell vintage dolls, collectibles, miniatures, accessories and related items. Our products are primarily aimed at collectors, although anyone is welcome to purchase from us.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and other information are accurate and up to date. Product photographs and descriptions form part of the information provided about each item, and customers should review them carefully before purchasing.
As our products are vintage and pre-owned, individual items may show signs of age and use. Minor fading, surface wear, slight odour and other age-related characteristics may be present where appropriate and will be described or shown in the listing where significant.
Any significant damage, defects or missing components will be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs.
Our vintage and miniature products are primarily collectible items and may contain small parts. They may not be suitable for young children and should be used with appropriate care and supervision.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website using the payment methods available at checkout.
Available payment methods may include credit and debit cards, digital payment methods, buy-now-pay-later services and PayPal. Available payment methods may change from time to time and will be displayed at checkout.
An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted if an issue is subsequently identified.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, including where an item is unexpectedly unavailable, there has been an obvious or significant pricing or listing error, or where an order appears to involve fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order, any payment received for the cancelled order will be refunded.
If we discover an error in a product listing after an order has been placed but before it has been dispatched, we will contact the customer where appropriate to explain the issue and, where possible, allow the customer to decide whether they would still like to proceed or receive a refund.
For obvious or significant pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Product Avalibility
Many of our products are unique or available in very limited quantities.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item has been reserved. An item is only secured once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
Once a one-of-a-kind item has been sold, it may remain visible on our website and will be marked as Out of Stock.
We make every effort to maintain accurate stock information, but occasional errors may occur.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are set in Australian Dollars (AUD). Customers may choose from the currencies available through the currency selector to view converted prices.
Displayed currency amounts are provided for convenience and may vary with exchange rates. Orders are processed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). If your preferred currency is not available, you will need to select one of the available currencies.
We reserve the right to update prices, products and promotions on our website from time to time.
Prices will not be changed after an order has been successfully accepted, except where there has been an obvious or significant error.
Discount codes, sales and promotional offers are subject to the terms stated for the individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and checking their order details before submitting an order.
We ship worldwide. Customers receiving international orders are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by their destination country.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes may be affected by postal carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If an order is lost or damaged in transit, customers should contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter and, where applicable, assist with a postal or compensation claim.
We take care to package orders appropriately for transit. Where an issue is caused by inadequate packaging on our part, we will address the matter appropriately.
If we accidentally send an incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to correct the error.
Returns & Customer Guarantees

We accept returns, refunds or other appropriate remedies for faulty or incorrectly described items in accordance with our policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions set out in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Reviews & Members Accounts
Customers may leave reviews through our website. We may moderate, approve, reject or remove reviews that are fraudulent, misleading, abusive, unlawful, spam, unrelated to the customer's experience, or otherwise inconsistent with our review guidelines.
